Приложение 3. ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИЯ ВОЗДУШНЫХ СУДОВ НА АЭРОДРОМЕ ПО МЕТОДУ "ACN - PCN"
Метод заключается в сопоставлении классификационного числа покрытия PCN с классификационным числом ВС ACN при одной и той же прочности основания.
Классификационные числа PCN и ACN определяются по формуле:
PCN(ACN) = 2М, где М - эквивалентная одноколесная нагрузка в тоннах с давлением в пневматиках колес 1,25 МПа, получаемая расчетом по стандартным программам ИКАО или определяется расчетно-теоретическим методом на основании данных.
Информация о несущей способности искусственного покрытия, предназначенного для эксплуатации ВС массой более 5700 кг, должна содержать следующие данные:
классификационное число покрытия (PCN);
тип покрытия;
прочность основания;
максимально допустимое давление в шине колеса главной опоры ВС;
метод оценки прочности покрытия.
Тип покрытия: R - жесткие покрытия или усиленные асфальтобетоном с дополнительным кодом "смешенное";
F - нежесткие покрытия.
Прочность оснований приведена в таблице 3.1.

Максимально допустимое давление в шинах колес:
W - высокое давление, более 1,50 МПа;
X - среднее давление, до 1,50 МПа;
Y - низкое давление, до 1,00 МПа;
Z - очень низкое давление, до 0,50 МПа.
Метод оценки прочности покрытия: T - техническая оценка, полученная на основании исследований или теоретическим методом (расчет прочности покрытия);
U - Использование опыта эксплуатации ВС.
Максимально допустимое давление в шинах колес ВС для не жестких покрытий принимается по таблице 3.2.

Информация о несущей способности покрытий выражается в следующем виде:
PCN70/R/B/W/T - для жестких покрытий;
PCN60/R/C/X/T- для жестких покрытий, усиленных асфальтобетоном;
PCN40/F/B/Y/T - для нежестких покрытий.
Покрытие может эксплуатироваться ВС без ограничений, при соблюдении условия:
PCN > ACN, если условие не выполняется, необходимо ввести ограничение по интенсивности движения или по массе ВС:
Методика ограничения интенсивности движения ВС или его массы по соотношению PCN/ACN:
для жестких покрытий: | при 1 > PCN/ACN > = 0,85 - десять самолетовылетов |
| 0,85 > PCN/ACN > = 0,80 - два самолетовылета; |
| 0,8 > PCN/ACN > = 0,75 - один самолетовылет. |
для нежестких покрытий: | при 1 > PCN/ACN > = 0,80 - двадцать самолетовылетов; |
| 0,80 > PCN/ACN > = 0,70 - пять самолетовылетов |
Примечание. Интенсивность для жестких покрытий определяется как среднесуточная интенсивность за год, для нежестких покрытий как среднесуточное количество.
В случае невыполнения условия равенства PCN/ACN, по условию ограничения интенсивности, возможно ограничение массы ВС, которое превышает допустимое значение PCN, по формуле:

Примечание. | 1. Значения ACN_1 и ACN_2 воздушных судов приведены в таблице 3.3. |
| 2. Значения PCN и ACN определяются по формуле PCN(ACN) = 2М, где М - масса в тоннах нагрузки на покрытие, приложенной через одноколесную опору с давлением в шине колеса 1,25 МПа. |
